SpyderLynk's Conversation Engine allows SnapTag™ campaign response sequences to be built as a conversation between a brand and consumer. SpyderLynk does this by building each SnapTag campaign response as an algorithm.
An algorithmic approach to building a response sequence or a conversation with a consumer allows marketers to send consumers variable responses based on context. For example, when a consumer snapped, the number of times they snapped, and the personal data they submitted. SpyderLynk can also use data stored internally or in a company’s databases to influence the SnapTag response.
